Scottish Punch

I call this one Scottish Punch:

  • 1 part cherry syrup
  • 2 parts orange juice
  • 3 parts peaty scotch

Shake with ice and pour over rocks. Garnish with a cherry.

Sweet balanced with smoke.

  1. Yo Johnny! What you have there is what I’d respectfully call a sippy-cup version of a Blood & Sand, which is equal parts peaty scotch, Cherry Heering, sweet vermouth and OJ.
    Shaken and served up.
